Sino-Soviet split covered by The Militant

In reviewing the 1963 issues of The Militant recently posted at the Marxist Internet Archive, I was surprised and pleased to see that the US SWP serialized the Chinese document "The Differences Between Comrade Togliatti and Us" in its newspaper.  It can be found here.
