Three years of Sotomayor on the SCOTUS: a "historic advance for the democratic rights of all women and Latinas/os" to help in attacking the working class

The set-up:

EDITORIAL: Another first with Sotomayor
....Sotomayor's long-time history of support and activism for affirmative action policies for women and people of color, as a student and then in her professional career....
....when the court was all-white and all-male, it voted time and again to uphold race and sex discrimination....
....If Sotomayor is confirmed after such a strong attack on affirmative action in Congress and in the corporate media, there is no guarantee how she will vote on all issues. However, her accession to the court will be a historic advance for the democratic rights of all women and Latinas/os....

The punchline

Sotomayor concurs with Alito, Roberts, Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, and Ginsburg against public sector workers.
